IMPORTANT NOTICE: PT BALI PLATINUM DEWATA is a private consulting firm. We are NOT the Indonesian Government. By using our services, you acknowledge that you are paying for professional advice and administrative assistance, not for official government documents directly.

1. Scope of Services

PT BALI PLATINUM DEWATA ("The Service Provider") offers professional consulting services including:

We act as an intermediary to facilitate your applications with relevant government bodies. We do not have the authority to issue permits directly.

2. Non-Government Affiliation & Availability

The Client acknowledges that all permits (KITAS, KITAP, NIB) can be applied for directly through the official Indonesian government websites or offices. The Client chooses to engage PT BALI PLATINUM DEWATA for our expertise, convenience, and guidance in navigating these complex procedures.

3. Service Fees & Payments

Professional Fees: Our charges cover our time, intellectual property, consultation, and administrative work. These fees are separate from official government filing fees unless stated otherwise.

Refund Policy: Due to the nature of consulting services, fees are generally non-refundable once the advisory process or document preparation has commenced. If a permit is rejected due to an error on our part, a partial refund or re-application may be offered at our discretion.

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information. The Service Provider is not liable for any delays or rejections resulting from false documents, withheld information, or the Client's criminal record.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for a 100% success rate, the final decision to grant any permit lies solely with the Indonesian Government authorities. We cannot guarantee the outcome of any application.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Gianyar, Bali.
